Are you really fancying a chocolatey peanutty snack but don't want top ruin your diet? Add a little love with one of these protein flapjacks!

Servings:      Makes 8 flapjacks

Per Muffin:   117 kcal,    10g Protein,     19g Carbohydrate 

Cooking Time:  15 minutes or until bouncy

Ingredients

  • 200g Oats
  • 2 scoops of Boditronics Express Whey or Express Whey Anabolic Chocolate flavour (or any of your favourite flavour Boditronics protein)
  • 1 egg whites
  • 200ml cashew milk
  • 2 tsp of cocoa or hot chocolate powder (high cocoa content)
  • 24g of 80% less fat peanut butter powder
  • 2 tbs baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2tbs sucralose based sweetener

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 180°
    2. In a bowl, place the egg white, protein, vanilla essence, peanut butter powder and cashew milk.
    3. Mix until smooth
    4. Add in the oats and mix thoroughly
    5. Add the cocoa or hot chocolate powder
    6. Add sweetener
    7. Add baking powder
    8. Bring the mixture together
    9. Leave to absorb in the oats for 30 minutes
    10. Coat a tray with tin foil
    11. Evenly distribute the mix over the tray
    12. Bake for 15 minutes or until 'bouncy'
    13. When cool, cut the cooked flapjack into 9 pieces and try not to eat them all!
