Chocolate Mint and Cookies & Cream Dreamy Chocolate Treat

 

 

 

One base but two toppings! An indulgent snack at only 150kcal a slice. This is a winner for anybody!. 
You will need:
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Baking tray
  • Baking paper

Nutrition (per bake):

  • Calories – 148kcal
  • Protein – 16g
  • Carbohydrate – 11g
  • Fat 4g

 Ingredients For Base:

  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 60g Boditronics Chocolate Express Whey
  • 100ml skimmed milk
  • 20ml Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbs sweetener
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder

  Ingredients For Toppings:

    Method - Base:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Place baking paper on baking tray
  3. Add the flour and Chocolate protein to the mixing bowl and mix together.
  4. Add the milk, eggs and coconut oil and mix thoroughly with the spatual until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Add sweetener.
  6. Finally, add the baking powder and give one last mix
  7. Pour the mix into the baking tray and place in the preheated oven for 18 mins

So while the base is cooking it's time to make the toppings;

CHOCOLATE MINT CREAM TOPPING

  1. In a bowl place 50g cream cheese and 15g of the Boditronics Chocolate Mint Express Whey.
  2. Mix to a smooth, shiny paste.
  3. Add a little extra sweetener if desired.

COOKIES AND CREAM TOPPING

  1. In a seperate bowl place 50g cream cheese and 15g of the Boditronics Cookies & Cream Express Whey.
  2. Add 1tsp Cocoa Powder.
  3. Add a little extra sweetener if desired.

Now the base is, take it out and place it on a wire rack to cool.

  1. After about 30 minutes it is time to add the cream toppings!
  2. Cut the rough edges off the base and cut into 8 equal(ish) slices
  3. Using a spatula, evenly spread a generous amount of the cookies and cream topping across 4 of the slices(try not to eat it...you can have some in a minute!).
  4. Now do the same with the chocolate mint cream, spreaading evenly across the reaminng 4 slices.
  5. Place a little sprig of fresh mint on each of the chocolate mint slices and decorate the cookies and cream with sprinkes, or just leave them plain if you prefer.
