Banoffee and Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

With a light, creamy texture this makes an ideal breakfast or delicious snack when you need a 'pick me up'.

After you have eaten a serving, we would recommend putting that you put the tub straight back in the fridgebefore you carry on and eat it all!

Ingredients (serves 3)
  • 500ml Soya or Greek yoghurt
  • 1½ scoops Boditronics Diet Whey Whte Chocolate and Raspberry
  • 100g Basmati rice
  • Fruit or 2 or 3 white chocolate buttons for added crunch


    1. Cook the rice thoroughly until all of the water has gone.
    2. Do not rinse - put it in the fridge overnight
    3. The next day, mix the protein and yoghurt together
    4. Add in the the cold cooked rice and mix
    5. Put 1 serving into a bowl, add your favourite fruit or a few cheeky white chocolate buttons.
    6. Enjoy every mouthful!
