Description

RecoverEX Extra contains the finest Whey Protein Concentrate, Glutamine Peptides, Micronized BCAA 8:1:1 and Phenylalanine available.  Research has shown that in approved amounts, the above ingredients help repair muscles allowing athletes to recover from strenuous exercise faster and more completely than protein alone. The formula is improved by adding Collagen Hydrolysates and Vitamin C for the normal function of bones and cartilage, and Milk Protein Concentrate which contributes to slow release of Protein after exercise and longer recovery effect.

RecoverEX also contains a precise, researched ratio of complex and simple carbohydrates, which helps refuel glycogen levels and blunt cortisol, which is a major cause of catabolism (muscle breakdown) post exercise.
