White Chocolate and Raspberry Breakfast Muffins

Per serving (makes 8 muffins);

  • 7g Protein
  • 3g Fat 


These muffins are a nice snack or two make a lovely breakfast for those days when you don't have time to stop!



  • 150g Self raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 75g Fresh raspberries
  • 2 scoops Boditronics Diet Whey - White Chocolate & Raspberry
  • 7g Sweetener
  • 250ml water
  • 30g melted salted butter - slightly cooled
  • 70g White chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and place  8 cupcake cases into an 8 hole muffin tin and spray them with light spray oil.

  2. In a bowl, weigh out the flour and sweetener.

  3. In a Separate jug, add the water, egg and Boditronics Diet Whey - White Chocolate & Raspberry protein powder.  Mix to a loose mixture then add in the melted (slightly cooled) butter.

  4. Add this to the flour and sweetener until it makes a thickish batter (loose enough to fall of the back of a spoon).

     5.  Add in the fresh raspberry's' and white chocolate chips.

     6. Spoon evenly into the prepared muffin cases

     7. Bake for 15 minutes.

     8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
