Preparation time: 40 Minutes (plus an hour for chilling).

  • 30g peanut butter powder (we used Peanut Hottie)
  • 50ml Water
  • 25g dark or milk cooking chocolate
  • 6g Sweetener (optional)
  • Sugar free Granola for decoration

  1. Put Boditronics Peanut Toffee Express Whey and peanut butter powder into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix the two powders together using the spatula.
  3. If using, add 4g of the sweetener.
  4. Add a little bit of the water and start to mix together.
  5. Add a little bit more water (don't be tempted to use more than the recipoe states or you will get in to a terrible mess and have to start again!).
  6. You will notice that the mixture will start to form into a dough like consistemcy - GREAT! you are ready to get your hands in.
  7. When all of the mixture is combinedm remove it from the bowl (we sprinkled a little of the peanut buter powder on to take away the stickiness).
  8. Divide the mixture into 15g balls.
  9. If using, sprinkle the remainder of the sweetener over them.
  10. Heat the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds - stir and give a little longer until it becomes 'dippable'.
  11. Coat each ball evenly in the chocolate.
  12. Sprinkle over the sugar free granola
  13. Place in the fridge for an hour or until the chocolate has set.
  14. Eat!
