Directions

Mix 1 level scoop (12.5 grams) in 250ml of water and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. For best results, mix 25g (2 level scoops) with 500ml of water and take before, during and after workout. Can be consumed at any time of day when extra Amino's are required.
