Directions

Mix 300g (four slightly heaped scoops) in 300ml of water or milk (you might need to add more liquid if milk is used to obtain desired texture) in a blender or blender bottle style shaker and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. For best results consume 2 servings per day. Do not exceed stated dose
