What is sports nutrition?
Sports nutrition and supplements relate to the types of foods and quantities, consumed by athletes and those partaking in sports and exercise. It covers looking at nutrients including vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and supplements that will benefit your training regime and recovery.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If you have placed your order before 1pm your order will be delivered the next working day. If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, your order will be shipped on the next working day. If there are any issues or a further delay with your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. 

Which Products Should I Use?
The products you need to use depends on your fitness goal, if you want to gain muscle, lose weight or improve your general fitness etc. 

How often & when should I use supplements?
Each of our products need to be used in varied amounts as they all do different things to your body. All products come with recommended use instructions and a full list of nutritional information and ingredients.  

How long will I have to train before I see results?
Depending on the intensity of your training programme, it will be around a month before you see any big changes in your fitness and appearance. So don't get disheartened when that six pack you've always wanted doesn't appear within a few day, KEEP GOING!

What's a protein?
Protein is a nutrient that is essential for having energy for each day’s activities. Other than playing a big part in building your muscles and stronger bones, protein can also repair your cells which can fight against certain diseases.
For various reasons, many people today no longer consume the right amount of protein needed by the body. This is when protein supplements can be helpful. There are so many protein supplement benefits and these are not just limited to the people who are trying build muscles. Protein supplement benefits can also be useful to those who are just very active.
The most common users of protein supplements tend to be athletes and bodybuilders. The more protein they consume, the faster they will build muscles. They would also have the extra energy to do the intense workouts that help them build stronger and leaner muscles at the same time.

What's the best way to mix the supplements?
The best way to mix each of our supplements is to add the correct amount of water or milk to a Boditronics shaker and then add the recommended serving, put the lid on tightly and shake well for about 20 - 30 seconds. If you put the power in before the liquid, this can cause lumps to appear in your shake. 

How do I become an ambassador?

Should I consult my doctor?
If you are currently taking any medication, breast feeding or are pregnant. We strongly advise that you consult your doctor about your fitness plans and what you plan on taking before doing so.

Is it medicinal?
Sports supplements are deemed as foods rather than medicinal or drugs.  Whilst some supplements may be believed to have medicinal properties or benefits, they are not regulated in the way that prescription or over the counter products would be.

All Boditronics products are manufactured in an ISO2200 and Informed Sport accredited facility.

How Often Should I Train?
How often you should train is very dependent on each individual, their training regime and their end goal.
As a general guide, training 3 -5 times a week would be sufficient but it is absolutely imperative that EVERYBODY takes at least 1 full day off per week.

What Should I Do When I've Reached My Goal?
Getting to your fitness goal is hard work and can be a battle.  You’ve made the changes to your life and exercise regime and achieved the end goal, so to stay there you need to maintain it.
It may be an idea to start decreasing the frequency of training and possibly look at replacing a few of the workouts with fewer reps or lighter weights. You may also need to look at decreasing your calorie intake slightly to compensate for the extra calories you are no longer burning.But remember, reaching your goal is no reason to stop completely!
