What Should I Do When I've Reached My Goal?

Getting to your fitness goal is hard work and can be a battle.  You’ve made the changes to your life and exercise regime and achieved the end goal, so to stay there you need to maintain it.

It may be an idea to start decreasing the frequency of training and possibly look at replacing a few of the workouts with fewer reps or lighter weights. You may also need to look at decreasing your calorie intake slightly to compensate for the extra calories you are no longer burning.

But remember, reaching your goal is no reason to stop completely!
