Slow and fast release Protein Blend ( Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk, Soy), Micellar Casein (Milk), Milk Protein Concentrate (Milk), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk, Soy)), Glutamine Peptides (Gluten), Cocoa Powder (in chocolate flavours only), Barley Flour (Gluten),  Inulin (Chicory dietary Fibre), CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, Green Tea Extract (Camellia Sinensis),  Flavouring, Natural Colour (Beetroot Red in Strawberry, Beta Carotene in Banana ), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin E (dl-Alpha-Tocopheryl).

Directions

Recommended Use:
One serving: Mix one flat scoop (22.5g) in 150ml-200ml of water

Two Servings: Mix two flat scoops (45g) in 300ml-400ml of water

Mix in a blender or shaker, shake vigorously for 20 seconds and consume.

Depending on your needs, take two to four servings per day. 

Do not exceed the stated dosage.
