Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of Boditronics Express Whey

  • 1tbs chia seeds 

  • 30g oats 

  • 100ml of your favourite milk 

  • 6 cashews broken up 

How to make overnight oats?

  1. In a glass Jar add 1 scoop of your favourite Boditronics Protein 

  2. Then add 1 tbs Chai seeds 

  3. Now add your cashews (optional) 

  4. Top with your oats 

  5. Add in the milk 

  6. Stir them up and pop a lid on 

  7. Place them in the fridge overnight to thicken 

  8. Enjoy
