All pretty low in calories with up to 20 grams of protein per serving. You can off course add extra calories by adding your favourite nuts or cereal, or keep it low calorie. With no added sugars, its a nutritious and excellent option for Breakfast or even desert. This delicious, sweet and creamy yoghurt is mixed with your favourite protein to create a delicious flavors like Strawberry, coconut, vanilla or even Chocolate! . You will easily be able to make the best high-protein low fat and sugar yogurt, fresh, at home or at work

All yoghurts are made with full fat milk and nonfat are low in calories, have a creamy texture are high in protein and have live active cultures. They all boast a smooth texture and have a similar high protein content. They also include live and active cultures and around 10 grams of protein per serving and no Saturated fat or added sugar. All great options what ever diet you are eating. The trick is to find try all of the yogurt to find your favourite. They all taste slightly different, some with a more tangy flavor than regular yogurt, some with vanilla, some may have a few more grams of protein per serving. Each will have some thing that may be more suitable.

With this magic low in carbs food, there is nothing to stop you enjoying a few.

How to make High Protein Yoghurts?

In a blender place half of the yoghurt and top with 1 scoop of your favourite whey Protein (I used express whey Lemon Cheesecake)

Ingredients- 500g yogurt, 1 scoop of protein.. Simple!

  1. Now place the rest of the Greek Yogurt on top of it
  2. Pop the lid on the blender and blend
  3. Halfway through turn off the blender and give it a stir to allow for an even mix
  4. Then pop the lid on and blend for an additional minute for a rich and creamy texture.
  5. Place the high-protein yoghurt in your favourite bowl and eat with your favourite fruit or a sprinkling of granola

Each serving boasts a huge 20 grams of protein per serving, has no artificial sweeteners
