This winter warmer is an absolute must, not only is it protein rich, low in fat and calories but you are also getting the added benefits from the Cinnamon.

Cinnamon is loaded with Antioxidants, is an anti-inflammatory and is also believed to help reduce the risk of heart disease.

On top of all of that, it is also a reason to eat cake for breakfast.....what can be better than that!

Servings: 6

Protein: 11g per slice.  

Carbs: 6.5g   

Fat: 1.6g   

Calories: 93kcal (yes that is right!)   

Cooking Time: 30 minutes *but check after 20*                                                     


  • 50g Oats
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 50g Boditronics Express Whey -Vanilla
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbs Cinnamon
  • 2 tbs Sucralose or Stevia
  • 2/3ds cup of water
  • 25g Boditronics Express Whey - Vanilla (This is in addition to the 50g already stated)


  1. Preheat oven to 180°
  2. Place the oats, egg whites, 50g Express Whey Vanilla and water into a blender and blend until it becomes a thin pancake consistency.
  3. Pout the mixture into a bowl and whisk in the additional 25g Express Whey Vanilla and 1 tbs of chosen sweetener. *This will now take it to a thicker pancake consistency*
  4. Now pour into a small baking tin (about 4 inch diameter) a nice deep one will give a thicker slice!
  5. Mix the rest of the sweetener and cinnamon together on pour onto the top.
  6. With a fork, swirl the sweetener and Cinnamon into the mixture.
  7. Place in the over for 30 minutes but check after 20, using a skewer or end of a knife to check it is cooked through.
  8. Leave to cool.
  9. Eat and enjoy!
